My Journey
From an early age, I was drawn to entrepreneurship, problem-solving, and innovation. While studying at Bocconi University, I had the opportunity to work for Lore.io, a Silicon Valley startup. This experience exposed me to the fast-paced world of startups and the power of collaboration in driving meaningful change.
After earning my BSc in International Economy, Management & Finance, I built my foundation at BlackRock, HSBC, and Bayer Pharma. Later, at Credit Suisse in Zurich, I worked with strategic ultra-high-net-worth clients, optimising investment portfolios and contributing to digital innovation initiatives in private banking. To further refine my financial expertise, I pursued a Valuation Diploma at London Business School, following my passion for investments and growth strategies.
Bridging Startups & Corporates
Later on at Kickstart Innovation, I focused on corporate-startup partnerships (with organisations such as UBS, Axa, Swisscom), startup scouting, and industry collaboration. Up to date I evaluated over +2000 startups and played a key role in establishing 20+ corporate-startup partnerships and driving industry-wide initiatives such as the UBS Future of Finance Program. Next I went on to lead the Digital Health Vertical of Swiss InsurTech Hub and the SIH Awards Framewrok at Google Zurich, engaging with 500+ industry executives and evaluating over 100 startups.
Advancing Brain & Mental Health Innovation
While working at the intersection of corporate innovation and startups, I developed a strong interest in brain and mental health innovation. I became increasingly engaged in how technology and data-driven solutions could transform workplace well-being on an organizational scale. This led me to found MindSpark360, where I work with companies to develop science-backed workplace well-being strategies and support startups innovating in brain and mental health.
Beyond MindSpark 360, I have had the opportunity to contribute to broader industry initiatives. I led the Brain Innovation Days Pitch Competition in collaboration with the European Brain Council, where I worked on startup due diligence, investor introductions, and innovation scouting. More recently, I joined the first-ever working group within IEEE Standards Association (IEEE SA) to facilitate global technical standards development for mental health, further bridging the gap between research, technology, and industry adoption.
Where I Am Today
My journey has been defined by a commitment to fostering innovation, creating meaningful partnerships, and driving impact in industries that shape the future. With a deep-rooted passion for building bridges between startups, corporates, and investors, I continue to explore new ways to accelerate innovation and create lasting change.
